Full response:
It is an unfair and scandalous decision!
A young man on a normal day at his place of employment is fatally killed.
The trial against the suspected person has developed with many problems and has been characterised with many issues that have hampered a fair and efficient process.
As justice minister, I have neither the mandate nor the initiative to intervene in any court case, but it is necessary to stress that if public opinion, I am concerned with the way this process is managed, including the extent of the conviction with today's bias. It is an unfair and scandalous decision!
The rule of law requires determination of those exercising official duty in organs that are bearers of the justice system. So, we need honest and professional prosecutors who carefully investigate cases and also judges who make decisions within the laws of legitimacy and in line with the actual evidence of the case.
In this regard, I call for all legal ways to be considered in the case of the late man's murder, Agonys Tetaj, in order to establish complete legitimacy and give merit decisions.
Today's judgment can be anything but justice!
