Wires have become viral on how Social Democrat Party Chairman Dardan Moliqaj slapped a police officer during the anti-expensive electricity protest that organised this Saturday prior to the Kosovo government's facility.
PSD spokeswoman Nature Kuci says official police officers and civilians attacked them secretly during today's protest.
Kuci, among other things, stressed that Molyqaj reacted to self-defense.
Today's “Protest was great and the police were very violent. Official officers and civilians insulted us and attacked us in secret. Molly had a reaction to her self-defense”.
“What you've seen on the scene was our response to self-defence, the objective tool”, Kuci told Klonkosova.tv.
Kosovo police through a media report have indicated that some of the participants have ignored the orders of police officials, who, beyond throwing away various items, by their actions and behaviors have caused minor injuries to the three police officials who were in charge of the official task.
The PSD spokeswoman says that according to her “the police reported this after they saw the images, as knowing the violence they caused did not react until late”.
