He is charged that in July 2018, in the village of Smallsha, at the “Xsella” company in Lipjan, he broke out the metal fence and infiltrated it, even though the same was repeatedly overlooked.
According to the indictment, Aliu did this because he couldn't get inside his container. But his move has caused considerable damage to the owner of the company “Xsella”.
At the first court hearing to be held today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the branch in Lipjan, Aliu has been declared innocent.

Following the defendant's statement, Judge Selman Salihu has rightly announced that within the 30-day term he can apply for a drop in the indictment and rejection of evidence.
The second review session was scheduled on February 18, 2022.
According to the indictment filed on September 7th 2018, accused Ahmet Aliu is being charged by the Constitutional Prosecutor that on July 17, 2018, in the village of Smallusa, at the “Xella” company in Lipjan, he broke out metal fences and infiltrated it, even though the same had been attracted to him several times.
Aliu for these acts is tasked with criminal work “Nothing or damage to property”, where the chief is sentenced to prison for up to a year.
