“At the request of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, [now] I have made the decision to declare non-grate persons of a Russian UNMIK official in Kosovo because of his harmful activity, which has violated the national security of the Republic of Kosovo.

It is not the first time Kosovo has declared Russian officials undesirable, respectively, of the UNMIK Mission.
At the end of May 2019, the Russian official UNMIK, Mikhail Krasnoschekov, was declared no-greet after being involved in undermining institutions, being part of criminal structures in northern Kosovo. Krasnoschekov had participated in the establishment of barricades in the north, preventing police.
Even in his UNMIK vehicle, motor saws were found, with which trees were cut to block roads. In the documentary V The IRUSSIA, which speaks of security, shows that UNMIK is being used to render the law's expansion in northern Kosovo and that Russian officials on these international missions are involved for other purposes. In addition to announcing the no-wives of these UNMIK officials, Kosovo had ordered the departure of Denis Vangerski and Alexey Krivosev, officials of the Russian Interconnection Office in Pristina.
This request was made by the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (AKI). Krovosheev was also declared persona non grata by Albanian authorities. Before serving in Tirana, the Russian diplomat had served in the Balkan states, respectively, in northern Macedonia.
