One of these economic operators, according to the Signal Journal, is “Barileva Turist”, which has committed 15 buses to transport Kosovo Serbs.
These are views from the border checkpoint in Merdar, where they see the buses of this company as they make their way to Serbia.

The agreement on the transport of Kosovo Serbs has been reached between Kosovo companies and officials from the so-called Office for Kosovo to the Government of Serbia.
But they do not even have the proper legal basis for doing so.
The legislation does not allow operators who do not have the regular line to make transportation of travelers abroad, so such an action could have consequences for operators who choose to carry out passengers without prior permission from the Infrastructure Ministry.
