Former Turkish football player Baier Leverkussen and Besiktas, Sezer ãoztürk, allegedly killed a Turkish fellow countryman during a street conflict that took place on September 19th. The 35-year-old, still wanted by police on charges of intentional murder, has opened fire for lack of priority on the street.
Four other people were injured by the shooting in Cheekmey, an Istanbul suburb.
His career was not unforgettable, despite wearing prestigious fans, as far as his soccer skills were not the ones who made the news, but events outside the field, such as when in 2014 he suffered very severe stab wounds during a clash, which contributed to making him quit football (even though never officially) at the age of 30.
