Montenegro's President Milo Djukanovic, in an interview for Croatian media media media quoted Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, whose policy has praised him beyond that of the Balkan Cup, Slobodan Milosevic.
“He has exceeded Milosevic and is able to achieve all that Milosevic did not. For Belgrade, Montenegro would be the only real compensation in its inability to get Kosovo”, Djukanovic has said.
