Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has made a reaction from New York after the events occurred in northern Kosovo, where the vehicle registration centre in Zubin Potok was burned and attacked with the same bomb in Leposavic.
Osmani has said that these actions are clearly the efforts of Serbo-Russian to destabilise the Balkan region, with the same methods Russia uses in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia.
