IPK investigators in co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina are investigating a case where the suspect is a police officer with the Lieutenant Colonel's rank on suspicion that the same has committed criminal work “impact command” and “Exploration of official secrecy”.
The media reported last night that the lieutenant colonel in question has allegedly fallen into surveillance with one of the suspects arrested in the case of the seizure of 400kg of cocaine in Lipjan in May of this year.
So why is it a different case, as media sources reported last night, this suspect had been bugged for the case of drug sequencing.
Besnik Berisha, who is a lawyer for one of the suspects in the case of cocaine confiscated in Lipjan, has said sources this time have lied to the paper and this is absolutely incorrect.
The unjust “is and the suspension that there is no connection to the police action where 400kg of drugs are caught. He'll prove that there's no criminal offense, no discovery of official secrecy. That's it!
Days ago, the lawyer through a status posted on his Facebook account said that more than three months have passed, and the Special Prosecutor is still putting “in the country” in the case of 400kg of cocaine.
“No development in the investigation, no prosecuted witnesses and no evidence provided to support the alleged “MC Food” and its staff were involved in this crime. Without what still seven innocent persons are held in custody”, Berisha wrote.
Unlike in joint action between the Kosovo Police, The American DEA, Albanian Police and Italian Police were confiscated 400kg of cocaine in May this year in Lipjan.
