July 20, 2011: When Kosovo had imposed full recommendations on Serbia, not just for license

Today, the ROSU Special Units have emerged at border points 1 and 31 north of the country to force cars entering from Serbia to Kosovo to place some temporary Kosovo signs.

However, full trade and economic rivalry towards Serbia is lacking.
