Ends hearings at The Hague, Mustafa's trial continues tomorrow with attorney's questions

The third part of today's trial session, where the trial is held in the case of former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa, has been conducted with questions from Mustafa's lawyer.
The Witness has answered his defense questions about the day when he claims to have been taken by some, and about his stay in Zlata.

The court has announced today that Mustafa will have the right to convey hearings through video connection, but in certain cases he will be invited by the court to be present in the hall.
This is the first trial to have started in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague. Salih Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special. The Act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, while he was arrested on September 24th last year, with the claim of war crimes and against humanity.
In his statement before the court, Salih Mustafa has been declared innocent.
