Fjolla Morina was assigned the 40-day detention measure by the Foundation Court in Pristina. The detention measure was calculated from the moment Morina was arrested on July 17th 2021 in Pristina.
The singer had been declared international in search of Interpol, as charges of arms trafficking and ammunition in Albania weigh upon her.
Fjolla Morina's first arrest took place in September last year at the Morina border crossing point, where a firearm “Zoraki” with 23 bullets was found in the singer.
