“suspect N.P. (1986), Kosovo's male, in the past three years (2018-2020), has completed applications with false/fundishable content/resulting agreements on agricultural land giving, which he allegedly rented and has thus managed to profit illegal subsidies worth 2400 time1>, police report.
In these acts, the suspect allegedly committed a criminal offence: “Subvention fraud” by Article 324 KPRK's.
Today, with the date of 23.09.2021 in consultation with the competent prosecutor, the suspect has been interviewed, in the presence of the defence attorney, and decided by the Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecutor-Gylan, the suspect has been sent to the detention for 48 hours”, said further in their announcement.
