The Health Ministry, under the leadership of Arben Vitit, has again announced the winning tender company “AganiL.t. D”, this company closely linked to Minister Vitita.
The private company éAgani Ltd” on August 18th of this year has received a significant amount from a Health Ministry tender for “Furnisation with medical rescue material from LE”.
Out of three tears of the contract, the company closely associated with Minister Vitita has benefited from the ministry of 172 thousand and 319 euros.
What is Minister Arben Vitita's connection to the company '%Agani Ltd”?
The company “Agani Ltd” figures in Dugagjin's possession, Don and Driton Agani. It is based in the Gracanica municipality and deals with retail and majority pharmaceutical articles.
The leader of “Agani Ltd”, according to data found in ARBK, is Duggan Agan.
By 2004-2007 Arben Vitita had worked at this company where his name figures as a member of the Steering Board.
Arben Vitita had also tendered the nearby company in the past.
About more than a year and a half ago, the Health Ministry, also under Minister Arben Vitita's leadership, had tendered close to half a million to the company ãogani Ldt”.
“Agani Ltd” was one of the three beneficiary tender firms appointed: “Emergency Planning with pharmaceutical products for Corona-virus”. The total value of the contract has been 439 thousand (439,900,00) euros.
On 10 April of last year, this private company was selected as the winner of the tender's 31th tear, worth 16 thousand (16,055,00) euros.
The Health Ministry at the time has underlined that Minister Vitita has no competence to intervene in public procurement procedures.
It had also denied that the minister would have influenced the possible favouring of the former chief-in-chief” firm in its contract to supply MS drug supplies.
Minister Vitita had admitted that she worked at the company '%Agani Ldt” but had told of the leading role.
Minister Vitita's Health Ministry for the Past at the firm “Agani Ltd”, but from which they have referred to a biography without much of the minister's professional past.
