In support, they used the expression "let's take off the hat before the year”, and Syla says he's taking off the foolish taste of Minister Vitita and Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla.
The “here removes the hat from them is the word used in the languages of the southern Slavs... that Kosovars took as copies with Yugoslav references. And they copied it, from the Austro-Hungarians...
