“If there are no indicators to continue further, stop therapy. Review the intravenous use of antibiotics within 48 hours, and consider the possibility of going to oral antibiotics. Consult the relevant guides for the proper use and dose of antibiotics in patients ' specific populations, such as those with liver or kidney damage, pregnancy, breast - feeding mothers, and intravenous antibiotics”, the report says.

The guide shows that the alternative antibiotics, in case the disease has easy clinical mirrors, whether the patient is allergic to penicillin or when amoxicillin therapy is unaquate (e.g. The apic pneumonia is suspected: Clarithroycin, Erythroycin (in pregnancy), Doxycycline.

And as an alternative antibiotics in cases of serious clinical mirror disease, in cases of penicillin allergies, possibly based on microbiological results is Levoiflxacine (500 mg twice a day by oral road or IV during the length of 5 days).
