Kosovo's Appeals Court has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina in the criminal case in which the accused is Minister of Infrastructure Libran Aliu, Ardian Oluri, Zejla Rexhepi, Nazife Krasniqi, Bahtie Uka and Mimoza Berisha-Prestreshi.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminal Affairs, on the grounds of the 1406.2021 date, had dropped the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act in Pristina on the date 24.07.202020 and stopped criminal procedure against accused L.A., A.O., Mr.R., N.K., B.U. and M. B-P.

The Act, set up by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on July 24th last year, charges Ali with criminal abuse of official position during the time he exercised the office of director of the Urban Directorate in the Pristina municipality.
In addition to Aliu, for misuse of official position or authority, Ardian Oluri was also charged with Ardian Oluri, Zeinula Rexhepi, Nazife Krasniqi, Bahtie Uka and Mimoza Berisha Prestreshi.
