Kosovo's Appeals Court has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina in the criminal case in which the accused is Minister of Infrastructure Libran Aliu, Ardian Oluri, Zejla Rexhepi, Nazife Krasniqi, Bahtie Uka and Mimoza Berisha-Prestreshi.
