The judge now defends against his guilty decision.
In the spring of 2017, a woman from Hausen had reported her husband on domestic violence.
Since the woman had later withdrawn the complaint, no process took place, it broadcasts albinfo.ch. But through police interrogation, the husband learns that his wife wanted him to divorce him.
Later that year, 54-year-old Kosovo began monitoring his wife. He's “localizing” it through his mobile phone. So he followed her to meetings and collected “evidence” about how she meets with other men.
He also took pictures of the mess at home. According to the prosecutor, he does this to prove that the woman is neglecting her marriage duties.
Then, on the evening of January 7, 2018, he confronts his wife with “testing”. According to prosecutors, he had made this confrontation to make his wife stay with him. But she had apparently refused.
On the morning of January 8, shortly after the children had gone to school, he entered his wife's bedroom and stabbed him in the chest with a kitchen knife. Then he attacks her sister, who was there to visit. After she loses consciousness, he stabs her and she dies in seconds.
In June of this year, Kosovo was tried at the District Court, Brugg. He had been protesting his innocence all along. According to his version, he was attacked by two women.
He had simply fought in self - defense and the two women had died in this defensive battle. Moreover, according to him, he had never even shot his wife, but that “had fallen” into the knife during the clash.
And investigators had accurately described the course of events. During the emotional trial, members of the family of murdered women were present and had interrupted the process several times by crying the court has joined the various pieces of evidence.
Blood tracks in the room, DNA tracks in the crime knife and wounds on victims and on the author: All this information gives only one conclusion to the court: The man's confession could not be correct.
Unlike what he has confessed, he has killed two women in cold blood. His wife because she had betrayed him, that is, to avenge herself and restore <x0nder” and her sister to get rid of a witness.
Therefore, Kosovo has been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment for multiple murders, broadcasts albinfo.ch. He must also leave the country for 15 years and pay relatives of women killed about 200,000 francs.
But the 54 - year - old does not accept that judgment. He has appealed to the Aragau High Court (Cantonal), which will handle the following case. The start date of the process has not yet been set.
