This act, interpreted as influenced by religious values, has been based on Article 6 of the Law on Public Order and Peace.
This law envisions sentences of up to 50 days in prison or with fines of a hundred [100] to seven hundred [700] euros, Periscope submits.
Article 6 is called "unseemly sexual behavior” and it describes “whoever commits any sexual act in the public country, or exposes any intimate parts of the body or engages in improper sexual behavior that causes concern among citizens”.

You can't believe that kiss is classified as <x0sexual”, “improper sexual behaviour” or “exposation of any intimate”.
Periscop's been trying to contact the police during the day to get more information on the case.
