Hoxha: Kurti government left my friend Vasfije Krasniqi behind

The 100-day government work session is being held in the Kosovo Assembly. PDK deputy Eliza Hoxha has spoken in statements outside the agenda, saying the Kosovo government has not given the promised support to women in the country. Hoxha stressed that many women who are victims of sexual and domestic violence continue to remain forgotten by the Kurti Government, with special emphasis on women raped during the war.

MP Hoxha also cited women's successes in Kosovo in sports, art and culture, saying no one can know exactly how difficult it is for a woman to achieve successes.

“Today when we speak, Kosovo's team will come here and Kosovo's golden women will return from Tokyo to Kosovo, honoring us again. The same applies to women on the scene of film and art. But a little from here to the room and outside, they realize how hard and how hard this is just for being a woman.
