The Court of Appeals in Kosovo has confirmed the Constitutional Court's act in Pristina, under which the deputy of the Kosovo Parliament from the Serbian List, Ivan Todosijevic, was sentenced to two years in prison for denying Recak's Massacre.
The European television network <x0news” wrote on this issue, stressing Todosijevic in March 2019 had stated that “the reasons for NATO aggression has been the so-called humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo and the fabricated massacre of Recak”.
The fact is that the director of the so-called Serbian Office for Kosovo, Petar Petkovovic, is opposed to this decision, calling it the shameful “ ”, Euronews reports, Klankosova.tv broadcast.
