CNN reporter leaves with 300 Afghans from Kabul: I'm not fearless eyes, I'm scared every day

And thank you very much for all their care and support from the American Air Force, which transported us, and Qatar, which hosted us. We're very happy”, Ward wrote on Twitter.
The journalist reported on the Taliban and had more tense situations with members of that group in Kabul, recalls The Hill. A Taliban fighter had almost hit the American journalist.
The people said, "The “this woman is the fearless eye”, but I really don't tell you that. I was so scared and I don't like being where bullets fly... I tremble every time I hear a shot. I hate shooting like everybody else, said Ward in an interview for The Hill.
Many journalists left the country earlier this week, while the evacuation of thousands of foreigners and Afghans who collaborated with the international factor continues at the airport in Kabul.
