This was after her husband, Romanian businessman Dragos Savulescu, was arrested with another person on the famous island of Mykono.
He was spending vacations with Angela, where they were spending tremendous numbers in restaurants and yachts.
But news of his arrest has long circulated in the media since 2019.
What, then, did Angela Martin say about her husband?
Invited to the fun program "Clanfornia Show" she was asked:
Has your husband not been arrested? Is he in jail?
Angela's answer was immediate: Not while I'm alive. No.
Early in 2019, Dragon Savulescu, was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison for his involvement in a major economic scandal in Romania along with the former mayor of Constanta, Radu Mazare, Crist Borcea and other defendants who were convicted of embezzlement of a total of 114m euros.
