Its arrest has been initiated by the American Justice Department's request for its temporary arrest, aimed at extradition from Albania to the United States.
This citizen was declared on the run by US authorities, after the California South District Court issued an international warrant on the 2807.2021, for carrying out criminal work “Compa for performing or participating in an organisation through blackmailing activity”, predicted the US Criminal Code.
Based on the Dypal Extradition Treaty between Albania and the United States of America, the arrest of this citizen was realised, with the aim of having her extradition from Albania to the United States of America.
Interpol Tirana, in co-operation with the authorities of justice, is conducting all legal actions for extradition to the United States.
