She named Afghan President “greedy” after abandoning Afghanistan and fled to Tajikistan.
Ershad claims the president left the helicopter presidential palace Sunday, August 15th, telling colleagues there was a meeting with Afghanistan's defence minister. But later it was discovered that he had left the country completely.
“I am so angry that I have no words to explain,” said Ershad.
He left his place and people behind. I don't know why I trusted him and voted for him. ”
A president's spokesman said Afghan leaders had asked Ghan to leave to avoid bloodshed and that the former leader planned to return home one day.
When asked about this, Ershad said: “I would like him to come back. I'd like to see his eyes and tell him I was a woman and I've stayed here”
If he wanted to avoid the bleeding, he could have left six months ago,” she added.
