The new chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, has launched the first official meeting with the leaders of the Pan-Albanian American Congress, Bruno Ceka and Martin Vulaj.
Accompanied by Vlora Citaku, who has returned to the PDK after completing the diplomatic mission as ambassador to the US, opposition leader Memli Krasniqi has discussed with the Albanians his vision of increasing co-operation with the diaspora and giving them space needed for them at all levels of political and economic life in Kosovo.
Chairman The PDK has written that Kosovo's relations with the United States are sacred and must be permanent.

It was a special honor that at the first meeting as Chairman of I have guests of two prominent national activists, the leaders of the Pan-Albanian American Congress, Bruno Ceka and Martin Vulaj, who, along with many other activists, have made and continue to make irreplaceable contributions to Kosovo.
Our relationship with the United States is sacred and must be permanent. To create and maintain these special reports with the United States and our Western allies, special merits have our jobs.
As Chairman The PDK, will further maintain and develop co-operation relations with all of our diaspora organisations, and will work on empowering the diaspora role in countries where they live, creating the necessary space for them at all levels of political and economic life in Kosovo.
