“just days ago, the Serbian gendarmerie awarded medals to its former commander, Goran Radosavljevic, a move that rightly prompted the American Embassy's response”, Hoxhaj wrote.
Hoxhaj has said that on the anniversary of this Maccabre murder, Kosovo is faithful that those responsible will be brought to justice and that, along with the US, you will never line up for the Bytyqi brothers who had left America to fight in Kosovo.

22 years after the murder of the Bytyqi brothers, no guilty man is yet convicted of this crime. Serbia has not only refused to co-operate with justice, but has protected and cloned criminals. Just days ago, the Serbian gendarmerie medalised former commander Goran Radosavljevic, a move that directly prompted the American Embassy's response. It is considered among the leading people responsible for the murder of Albanian-Americans, the Agron brothers, Yll and Mehmet Bytyqi.
It is today on the anniversary of their macabre and insidious murder that we are faithful that those responsible will be brought to justice. Along with the US, we will never line up to seek justice for the Bytyqi brothers who had left America to fight in Kosovo. Ilir and the Bytyqi family have never ceased to seek justice. They are a strong pillar of our holy friendship with America.
Let the memory of Agron, Star, and Mehmet remain forever.
