It was proclaimed internationally by the authorities of the Republic of Albania for arms and ammunition trafficking.
In connection with the case, media have contacted its lawyer, Fanol Krasniqi, who has indicated that Fjolla has been assigned the 48-hour ban measure, while on Wednesday she will appear before the judge of the preliminary procedure.
The “Fjolla is found at the extent of the ban, according to the Basic Prosecutor in Pristina. That's 48 hours long. On Wednesday, 21,07.2021, we have a hearing regarding the defendant's presence during the extradition procedure. So Wednesday hearing as to whether Fjolla Morina can escape from the extradition procedure or not”.
Lawyer Krasniqi announced that the prosecution has requested her extradition to Albania, but that they have not received any documentation for this request.
“Fjolla Morina is charged with criminal acts “arms trafficking”, but we have no documentation or ordinance regarding this ban, I believe we will receive the requests Wednesday during the hearing session. It is noteworthy that against Fjolla Morina is not the decision of formal form, the Cooks Court of Fjolla Morina has pronounced him a prison sentence for six years. Against that decision Fjolla Morina's lawyer has filed complaints at the Shkodra Court even this six-year decision is not an executable decision.
We have no information about which decision or which ordinance is required to extradite Fjolla Morina, where there is no firm form decision”.
Continuously, Krasniqi says Fjolla was provisionally arrested and did not call forward to appear in the police over Albania's request.
The Fjolla Morina is arrested in the most inhuman way possible, since the same is known to the residential address, and even the same has substatement. Fjolla Morina has not been called in advance to be interviewed or told the reason for her arrest. She's the arrest in front of the entire neighborhood.
She refused any orders. Only verbal “have the order from the state of Albania that extradition is required for the work which you are found guilty of”.
Fjolla Morina is accused of gun trafficking, but according to lawyer Fanol Krasniqi, gun trafficking means finding or selling multiple weapons, not just one, as if it were the case of Fjolla.
After Fjolla, she's accused of gun trafficking. Trafficking in arms doesn't recognize our law when one chief is confiscated by one weapon. Gun trafficking means selling, exactly in which states Fjolla sold weapons? So gun trafficking means a lot of guns and not just a gun to be charged and punished.
In our Kosovo laws, for illegal possession of punishment is fined or up to 5 years. It's the huge difference between Kosovo and Albania.
We do not understand whether the Albanian state has fulfilled its legal obligation in relation to Fjolla for the extradition procedure. We do not know that Fjolla Morina will be arrested or taken into custody only for security, temporary measure, or extradition hearings will be scheduled for Wednesday. This defense information doesn't have it. As a lawyer, I asked you what we're gonna do when we get out of session. Whenever he asks us, we will be present at the Court.
Even though the extradition procedure should be in the hands of the Ministry of Justice, even the MD has no information even though we don't have to be informed of them, but at least know which decision Fjolla needs extradition. There is no firm decision on Fjolla's extradition. The decision is not executable”. /Reporter
