In a statement shared to the public by Vetevendosje in Albania, Mini-Shengen has been denounced after today's meeting between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.

In this statement, at point 2, there is no shame in mentioning the point that Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti himself has violated.

It's about Serbia's failure to seek forgiveness for war crimes in Kosovo and war damages, Periscope follows.

“2. Official Tirana is mistaken when it acts towards Serbia's international normalisation, before Serbia normalises itself. It needs Serbia to recognise its past, confront it and launch “demilishevicisation”. It should apologise for crimes, condemn criminals, compensate victims and recognise Kosovo. These are the minimum requirements that any power in Tirana has in mind national interests should advance internationally whenever it can. ” ) writes VV in Albania.

It seems that this branch has forgotten that on 15 June Albin Kurti has met with Serbia's Aleksandar Vucinqiqi, even though the latter has met no conditions. In fact, it was Kurt who met two conditions for Serbia to sit in negotiations -- didn't put the multi-progressed reciprocity, and lifted the tax 100 percent. As Serbia is known, it would refuse to sit in negotiations with these measures.

Full status:

Serbia's Mini-Sengeni and Green Vidovdan are anti-Albanians

Today, a meeting for the project they are calling “Mini-Shengen” is held between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic and Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev. For the general public, full transparency has yet to be made regarding this meeting, the same as has occurred since Novi Sad's first meeting.

“Mini-Shengeni” or rather “Zona of Novi Sad” is not supported by three of the six Western Balkan countries, including the Republic of Kosovo.

Under opposition, because of the damage to the Mini-Shengen project, we bring to the attention four points of the V Movement declaration. In Albania on October 18, 2019, which are current today:

1. National interests require Albania to engage in regional diplomatic initiatives with Kosovo and taking into account the latter's positions. Albania and Kosovo are not only historically, culturally and emotionally linked to each other, but also economically and diplomaticly in terms of international relations with other states.

2. Official Tirana is mistaken when it acts towards Serbia's international normalisation, before Serbia normalises itself. It needs Serbia to recognise its past, confront it and start “demilishevicisation”. It should apologise for crimes, condemn criminals, compensate victims and recognise Kosovo. These are the minimum requirements that any power in Tirana has in mind national interests should advance internationally whenever it can.

3. Such free trade initiatives are not formal. They have economic consequences. It should not be signed on behalf of the state to sign agreements, without a detailed analysis of benefits and costs being done before, as well as without transparent consultation with interest groups, which in this case are local producers in Albania and Kosovo.

4. Albania and Kosovo must concreteise and implement agreements signed between the two governments, creating a common market, where producers of Albania and Kosovo are protected and directed to develop advantages in strategic sectors with economic potential.

Albania cannot implement regional projects by acting as if Kosovo does not exist. We're two states of the same nation and we have to act closely on national interests.

We remember that Serbia has become part of the “Eurasian Economic Union”, an economic bloc founded and led by Russia, which at the helm of this Union has placed Alexander Lucashencone, the controversial president of Belarus. It is noteworthy that the US and the EU have imposed sanctions on Russia and Belarus, while the European Commission has made it clear to Serbia that it cannot be accepted into the EU by being part of the Eurasian Economic Union agreements.

In “Euroazitic Economic Union” member sells aimed at creating a common market similar to the EU, but this does not make “europavian” The Eurasian Economic Union, as is not a European project, nor is “Menni-Shengeni” initiated by Serbia in the Western Balkan region. Mini-Shengen is conceived and created by Serbia with a clear aim to dominate the six Western Balkan countries economically and politically. It is in this project of Serbia that Prime Minister Edi Rama has introduced Albania, opening our country not only to Serbia's influence but also to Russia's. It is known that the old US administration under the influence of officials (now clearly attested to as the Serbian philosophy like Grenelli) has supported the Mini-Shengen project. But today we have another administration on  The US, which has proved to be breaking away from old dangerous projects for the Balkan region and that it is seeking a stronger link between the US and the EU.

Representatives supporting old and dangerous projects for the Balkans, such as former Ambassador Richard Green, no longer have the weight of decision-making for our region. Moreover, Mr. Green was further discredited yesterday in the eyes of the general public by distorting history and honoring Serbian “holy marriage mates” at Vidovani's”, which Serbia misuses to deny the right of the Albanian people to self-rule. Mr. Hypocrisy. Green appears even more when we recall the fact that when he was in power, he declared that we should not deal with history. Prime Minister Rama went to the interview five days ago. Green, thanking him for his role in Mini-Shengen. We have, therefore, an Albanian prime minister who supports the Mini-Shengen project that goes against national interest and EU integration projects, and also thanks and interacts with former officials of the old Trump administration who honour Serbia's hegemonic myths.
