Borell will inform the ministers of the meeting between Pristina and Belgrade that was held with Brussels' mediation, as well as the next round of dialogue that is scheduled for late July.
In Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, EU ministers will also discuss relations with Turkey and Russia, the situation in Lebanon, the peace process in the Middle East.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has met with EU mediation in Brussels on 15 June with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq.
The two sides have emerged from this meeting, failing to comply with the conditions set by the other side.
Prime Minister Kurti has gone into dialogue with four demands for Serbia, including a point where it said the two states should pledge not to attack the other state.
None of these points have been accepted by the Serbian state until, Vuciq has continued to insist that the Association be part of the two countries' discussions.
Kurti and Vuciq will again face their face in Brussels on July 25th.
The details of Kurti and Vuciq's recent meeting have also been informed of by US President Joe Biden since the time the meeting was under way for official visit to Brussels.
