Gervalla-Schwarz for the Swiss newspaper: After the war, KLA soldiers killed Serbs, Roma and their former rivals

Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla has continued his discourse against the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK), saying it was members of this military force that committed murders during the post-war time. As in earlier statements, even this time Gervala for the Swiss media NZZ) requested “justice for all”. “Gervalla-Schwarz requires that [...]
“Gervalla-Schwarz requires that many post-war killings in the country be resolved. After the withdrawal of Serbian troops, they were carried out mainly by members of the Kosovo Liberation Army, KLA. The victims were Serbs, Roma and Albanian KLAOponent”, the Swiss media article said among other things.
As outlined in the article, Kosovo's top diplomat blame for failing to solve post-war murder cases leaves the judiciary and powers earlier until it is mentioned in the same paragraph that Prime Minister Albin Kurti has rejected the Special Court.
“S, along with others, I have repeatedly demanded that political killings after the end of the war be fully investigated”, has declared Gervalla-Schwarz for NZZ, as long as it has asked for justice without exception for Albanians, Serbs and Roma.
The deputy prime minister had issued similar statements years earlier, accusing former KLA leaders of allegedly killing political opponents during the post-war period. The world promised that it would store up evidence if a judge judged them.
“Brend the possibilities I definitely have will require special materials. I have material. We have parliament speaker whom I call more shameful than Thaci is president. The whole world knows who Kadri Veselin is and the whole world knows who Hashim Thaci is. Kadri Wessel was the head of the organisation that committed crimes against political opponents”, she declared.
After much criticism of anti - statements - U n CK, for which there were initiatives and conferences by the opposition, Gervalla- Schwarz issued another controversial statement, saying he would seek justice, regardless of differences in nationality.
“Never will I cease to seek justice for all victims in Kosovo, regardless of political affiliation, gender, nationality or the function of victims and perpetrators of crime”, it was written on quite a few days after the criticism at the top diplomat's address.
In defense of the second most important person after Kurt, the prime minister had also come up, naming criticism as “fusants against him”.
“Day, appears to have launched a campaign against my deputy and MPJD minister Mrs. Donika Gervala, with the theme that she does not respect the KLA. It's interesting how this campaign didn't start when Mrs. Gervala came to our electoral list, nor when he was appointed minister, but now returned from a successful visit to Brussels”, Kurti had said.
These statements touched on the political subject that former KLA leaders represented. The PDK, through a conference, requested the dismissal of the top diplomat. The chief of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Abelard Tahiri, had said at the conference that all were witnesses to the commitment of Minister Gervala to denigration of the KLA's war.
“U saw the commitment of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to denigration of the KLA war, it today continues to offend the war of the KLA, our brighter cause, offended the victims who fell for the country's freedom and independence, the women violated during the war in Kosovo and our greatest sacrifice”, Tahiri said.
