Fire in court: He's been put off hearings because the other defendant has changed residence

Presented in the courtroom were prosecutor Bashkim Zeqa, accused Feron Shabanni and Avdullah Islami, as well as defender of the latter, lawyer Nazim Mehmeti.

According to the indictment, there is good-based doubt that Mehmet Elshani, on March 22, 2018, at around 13:15, right on the “Iliaz Kodra” street in Pristina, has deliberately used force against the injured Laurent Bajrami. By this, Shaban is accused of committing criminal work “holding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, which is fined up to seven thousand and five hundred (7.500) Euro or prison for up to five years.
