Regarding this indictment, Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic has also spoken.
Asked about the issue, Abazovic has said it is a court issue and does not link to political reports between the two countries.
Really, I heard about this case. It's the case that's in the trials of Montenegro, there's also a little problem with the Ulcinj municipality for my very unjust opinion and it's affecting six million euros, it's about a system that has been owned by a Kosovo re-creator, it's a court case, and I can say that in Montenegro maybe even in Kosovo, we have a lot of problems with the judicial system and the prosecution system, it has nothing to do with the case, it has to deal with cases which are existing which are decades in court and they don't win alog of <ohlW, Aqov has declared.
He has declared that he hopes that both this issue and other issues will end an epilogue, adding that the integrity system is independent.
“I very much hope that this too will end and this doesn't get into government intelligence, because the trial system functions independently, but it has to put positive pressure on this subject as well, but others win an epilogue”, Abazovic told FrontOnline.
Kosovo's Ministry of Justice has asked the Kotor Court to issue the provisional measure that prohibits the removal of property until the outcome of this case in court.
According to the indictment, it is claimed that Kosovo is the owner of this land and, as evidence, has been attached to a acquisition agreement linked on 22 March 1961 to the Kotor District Court, where the 4,555 square metres parcel had been bought by the Social Council for Political and Social Affairs.
The Budva municipality, represented by the Secretariat for Protection of Property, has rejected the judicial process, asking the court to dismiss it as invalid.
