The accused of violating 11-year-old S.O. was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
The Foundation Court found him guilty of two criminal acts: Severe murder and Violence.
The alleged S.O. has been convicted and sentenced to unique prison terms during the duration of 25 (fiveth of five) years for hard criminal acts, and Violence, in which the sentence will be counted under the measure of detention from 16.07.2019”, says the Pristina Foundation Court's announcement.
The 11-year-old memory, belonging to the Ashkali community, was found dead below the stairs of a residential facility in Fushe Kosovo on 11 July, 2019.
According to the court, S.O, he had forced the 11-year-old to commit sexual acts and then killed him by hitting him with strong means.
