We've got Italy's national recovery and sustainability plan. It includes reforms and investments for the digital and green transition, innovation, competitiveness, culture, education, cohesion and health”, European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen announced in a Twitter message.
Italy has requested a total aid of 191.5 billion euros, of which 68.9 billion euros in subsidies and 122.6 billion euros in loans.
Brussels announced that the Italian plan is structured in about six areas, digitisation, innovation, competitiveness and culture, revolution and ecological transition, infrastructure for sustainable mobility, education and research, cohesion and inclusion, health.
The projects included in the UNR include seven priority areas of the EU and cover the entire length of easing recovery and sustainability, up to 2026.
The European Commission reports it has, along with Italy's, the plans of Austria, Belgium and Slovenia.
