Court on Case of Arresting Indictees V.K., It has been estimated that there are legal reasons for the appointment of the detention measure, and from the evidence collected to this stage, there is a given suspicion that:
“In order to direct or indirect profit of financial benefit, The defendant V.K., has supplied false travel documents or identification with the aim of enabling migrants, in a way that continues from early 2021 to May 2021, has collected from citizens a large number of passports, whether in the Suhareka municipality or then even in the Rahovec municipality, to equip them with Polish, Croatian and Dutch visas, receiving them as a reward of 300.oo, 700oo, 1,000, up to 3,500. Oo Euro”, the court announced.
