The Serbian academic, Matija Bechkovic, has said that Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapiq has no reason to congratulate Prime Minister Albin Kurti on the post, because he ( Kurti) is prime minister of “nothing” when Kosovo “is state”.
Beckovic has said that he does not know exactly what is right in Prime Minister Albin Kurti and that the issue has been resolved in 1389, and that there is no need to start with that topic by adding that Serbs know what is in their hearts and until they know the truth they do not see any kind of provocation.
