Kurti said the VV would never hand over the UCK to The Hague.
“VV will be in charge tomorrow. VV is the subject that will not hand you over to the Special Court, because we do not know the Special Court”, Kurti said at the time.
This video, Moliqaj has also linked Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla's statement, which then said would hand over material to Special.
