Croatia's non-qualification of state in the Eurovision 2021 final has sparked numerous discussions on social networks.
Despite the popular performance and song by artist Albina, Croatia failed to make the list of 10 states that qualified for the grand finale, which is held on May 22nd.
Apart from Croats, many Eurovision fans are angry with this result, writing that Albina's song will be missing a lot in the finals, writes Croatian medium Jutarnji.
There have been so many comments and reactions on social networks that most have called towards the Croatian president, Zoran Milanovic, to intervene and demand that she be welcomed favorably after her return to Croatia.
Even though Milanovic has not yet spoken of the outcome, Croatia's Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic commended her for her excellent performance.
“Support and excellent congratulations on our Albin for a brilliant performance at Eurovision”, Andrej wrote in Titter, without commenting much on the frustration of Croats over their non-qualification.
The fact that song “You Rick-Tock” is not in the final is, according to many people, an unfair decision.
Eurovision fans have flooded the festival's official accounts on social networks with numerous comments, which write that Albina's song will be missing much in the finals.
