News of the establishment of the indictment has confirmed Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's spokeswoman Laureta Ulay for Gazurt Express.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina-Department General, in 02.04.2021, has filed an indictment against the person with the initials H.K., in the direction of criminal acts “Quantification during the exercise of official duty or public authorisation”, from Article 195 of KPRK and <x> Paying for official testing or procedure”, from 386 of KPRK, as well as to the individual with the initials. A. A.H, in the criminal act, <x5th> during the official office of public authorisation or 446th) in Kosovo's Pent>
Harris Kelmendi was arrested for the second time, while the IPKU had also made a decision to suspend two other police officials, one sergeant and another police officer.
