According to foreign media, the Russian couple ended up on the sidewalk after the clans broke free from weight.
As seen in the video published by Olga Volkova and Yevgeny Carlagin, both 35 years old, by St Petersburg appear fighting with each other, when only seconds later they fell on the sidewalk.
In images captured by a passerby, the couple suddenly jump into the railing before they crash into the concrete below.
They were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries but no danger to life.
