English for starters: Donika Gervala laughs at the scandalous tweet of the Ministry she leads

Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla has justified the scandalous tweet in Titter, where through an English for starters (not worse) an official stance of the Republic of Kosovo has been given.

MP Ariana Musliu-Scheshi has asked the minister about the tweet that became viral for evil.
