Armendi Dalku, who, in addition to the success of the Cup, is leading Dukagjin towards the return to the local football elite, in an interview for Insport, said he doesn't feel the pressure of the final, saying the pressure is on Llapin, like the front club looking for the Europe exit of years.
We have several minor injuries, but we expect the medical staff to tell us by tomorrow whether they will be able to play. We've prepared very well, to the best of our ability, and we wait very quietly for the match. The pressure is on the opponent (Llap) because he's been looking for Europe for several years, while we've done our best here, but everybody's wish is for the Cup to come to the Cline” he declared.
Dukaagjini, who owns the single trophy in the Independent League of Kosovo, during the 1993/1994 edition, plays the second final in the history of the Kosovo Cup, as he played it in 1996, where 2-1 was defeated by Flamurtari.
Dalku, who won the Kosovo Cup earlier that it was part of Pristina, is aware of what such a trophy means for the city of Klina.
I've won it with Pristina and I feel good about this achievement, but I want to win it this time, knowing that the Cup for a town like Kline, and a team like Dukaagjini means a lot after there's been no trophy” ended it.
The match takes place tomorrow (12 May, 2021), at 20:45, at the “Fadil Vokri” stadium in Pristina
