The Albanian representative in Serbia's Parliament, Shaip Kamberi, has reacted after the damage to the memorial of witness Fatmir Ibishi in Koncul of Bujanoc and the deployment of the Serbian flag on it.
Kamberi, through a post at é Facebook, wrote that this is an act that endangers peace and stability and provokes Albanians in Koncul.
“Bury strongly provoking the unprecedented damage to witness monument Fatmir Ibishi and placing the Serbian flag on him. This act risks peace and stability, provokes Albanian residents of Koncul village and the Bujanoc municipality, and fosters undesirable situations for all”, Kamberi writes among other things.
The “is completely meaningless and unacceptable in order to strain the situation and trigger incidents with provocations of this type”, he said further.
The Serbian flag is set today by unidentified persons in the village of Koncul of the Bujanoc municipality, near the memorial of the first UCPMB witness, Fatmir Ibishi.
On the other hand, Bujanovac Deputy Chairman Shqirim Musliu has removed the Serbian flag from there and placed the Albanian flag.

I appeal for this message to be conveyed”, Musliu said at Facebook, until he even sent a video of the moment of the national flag's deployment.
