400kg of cocaine, Berisha: The prosecution has no evidence, is presenting a scenario that if it were a movie would cost a lot.

He said the Kosovo Prosecution is claiming that it concerns a structured criminal group and that defence has exposed such a thing to the offered arguments.

“The procedure provided a request that in itself constituted a film, which, in reality, would cost a lot like a movie that would be sold, predicted that it was a structured criminal group that actually got exposed to any argument posed by protection, we predicted that neither of those there who are criminals structured as criminals as prosecutors, but there are workers who have been shot at the scene. To put it more bluntly, the prosecution outlined something that even you don't believe in but we understand it is in a situation that why 400kg of cocaine has been introduced from Brazil to that destination”, he stressed.

Berisha Tuta said the Kosovo Prosecutor has no evidence linking the defendants to the detainees and detainees with the amount of narcotics.

The defense of suspect Izet Sheqiri stresses that Kosovo authorities have no reason to be praised for not revealing anything.

Voicing confidence in his client's innocence, lawyer Berisha said the only communication he has secured is his client, Izet Sheqiri, with the Brazilian meat company.

The only communication he has with my client is contact with SEAR that is authorized representative who buys meat and sells on their behalf, sells such products the prosecution has no proof that the prosecution may have claims, dreams, fiction and fiction but there is no single evidence that links it to even another citizen except the official that becomes 8”, he stressed.

The request for the detention assignment is made by the Kosovo Prosecutor for suspects Izet Sheqiri, Kadri Sheqiri, Kadri Ibrahimi, Fehmi Bytyqi, Faton Vrajli, Enver Beleg and Bajram Maliqi.

All are suspected of having committed criminal work, participation and organisation of the criminal group in connection with criminal work, acquisition, ownership, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics. While, Izet Sheqiri and Kadri Sheqiri are also suspected of illegal possession of weapons.

On Monday in Lipjan, 400kg of cocaine were seized.
