Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has announced at a media conference that during today's meeting with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas have also discussed Kosovo.

“Sic you know, Germany has recognised independence and Germany supports continuing dialogue, for which Serbia is ready. Serbia wants a compromise solution and believes a frozen conflict is not the best solution because someone can always remove it. We need peace with Albanians “, the president of Serbia said, reports Kosovo Online, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
Vuciq said it was very important for Serbia to stress the fact that it has the closest economic relations with Germany.
He said Chancellor Angela Merkel was also grateful for Serbia's help in all areas.
“We will not forget much of what he did for us”, Vuciq said.
Maas went from Pristina to Belgrade, where she held meetings in Kosovo with President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla.
The topic of discussion was anti-COVID vaccines, Pristina-Belgrade dialogue and visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
