The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has congratulated the Socialist Party, which firmly won the 25 April elections in Albania.
What stands out is the fact that in the bidding post Osman has done in Titter, she has not mentioned the first SP to have another mandate at the helm of the Albanian government, Edi Rama.
Osmani has said further that he wishes all political representatives there would contribute to strengthening democracy, rule of law and co-operation with Kosovo.
