The teacher from Vitia, Valon Idrizi, has been declared in ATV about the case and the fine he received.
I went out to town after 1 p.m. to go to the oven, but before I get there, I happened to be in a police patrol, I told them I went out to buy bread.
After buying the bread I received the fine, which was about 200 euros, a little high cost based on the conditions we have in Kosovo, I did not respond because it was my fault, but I thought it had been possible to make concessions in this case” Idrizi said.
In addition, he added that the fine will not be paid but that it will continue with procedures through the Court.
That's a high sentence, I admit it's a police watch, but it's a basic need.
I don't think I'm going to pay for this, I've decided to continue with a court procedure, except for the bread I've bought I've got drugs, which is because I think all of this is basic rights, and according to the provision of Government, that right is allowed. Idrizi stressed.
