The Labour Inspectorate has prescribed the SKKKUK Board's decision against the dismissal of former director-general Basri Sejdiu.
Sejdiu had complained to the Labour Inspectorate following the decision the board had made to dismiss him, who was considered illegal.
The document says the verdict does not match legal provisions and should be annulled.
The USSKUK Board's decision No.1466/20 date 06.07.20 is contrary to the provisions of Article 70, paragraph 1.5, 1.6.1, 1.6.2, paragraph 2, paragraph 3, Article 71, paragraph 2, at Law No. 03. 212 of Work, Article 64, paragraph 9 of Law No.04/L-125 for Health, Article 4, paragraph 1, Article 21, paragraph I, and Article 52, paragraph I, Article 2 of Law No. 05L-3 I for the Insander newspaper.
Following the complaint Sejdiu had filed at the Labour Inspectorate, the new board, which was appointed by the incumbent government, has condemned the board to 12,000 euros after a decision.

The KSKUK board had dismissed former General Chief Basri Sjediu in July last year, under reasons allegedly linked to the internal audience report, which has identified numerous violations; board findings, mismanagement and poor performance
