While underlining that co-operation between Kosovo and Albania should be developed at the level of innovative projects that re-generating innovative and progressive ideas for the two countries, rather than creating political party type formations in Albania from Kosovo.
“Trying to create type formations of political parties in Albania from Kosovo, especially from the party, which has won absolutely from the last elections, flows deficit of good governance ideas. Such actions could even be an obstacle to eventual co-operation between the two countries after the election campaign ends, any party that comes out winning in the Albania” has written Halimi.

At this stage of development in which Kosovo and Albania are located, co-operation would have to be developed at the level of innovative projects that re-generating innovative and progressive ideas for the two countries.
